In Europe, we offer free express shipping on all orders (except orders placed with the Saturday delivery option). From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 1-2 business days, if not otherwise specified in the product availability information. All orders are processed Monday to Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and provided it has been selected), therefore excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Additional delivery information is available during the ordering process.

The Luxury Box undertakes to exchange, within 14 days of receipt, any product which does not give you complete satisfaction.

Please note, however, that, in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale, certain categories of products, such as personalized products, cannot be exchanged.

The product must be returned in perfect condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will be happy to send you a free replacement product if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at contact@theluxurybox.fr and attach the required photos proving the damage/defect within 14 days of receiving the box. Our team will be happy to ship any replacements for damaged items to you upon receipt of these photos! We will be happy to provide you with a shipping label for the return.
