We will be happy to send you a free replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at contact@theluxurybox.fr and attach the required photos proving the damage/defects within 14 days of receiving the box. Our team will be happy to ship any replacement damaged items upon receipt of these photos! We will gladly provide you with a shipping label for the return.

You can wait until the last day of the month to get our monthly surprises and receive the next month's box! So until the 30th or 31st depending on the month! Be careful, February is shorter ;)
No! The monthly subscription is automatically renewed every month. You will receive your "The Luxury Box" at home, at the latest on the 15th of each month. The subscription is non-binding: just log in to your customer account, go to "Subscriptions" and click on "Cancel" to cancel before the subscription renewal date.
