Within Europe, we offer free express shipping on all orders (except orders placed with the Saturday delivery option). From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days, if not specified otherwise in the product availability information. All orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and provided it has been selected), therefore excluding Sundays and holidays.

Additional delivery information is available during the ordering process.

The Luxury Box will exchange, within 14 days of receipt, any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.

Please note, however, that in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, certain categories of products, such as personalized products, will not be eligible for exchange.

The product must be returned in perfect condition with proof of purchase.

We will be happy to send you a free replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at contact@theluxurybox.fr and attach the required photos proving the damage/defects within 14 days of receiving the box. Our team will be happy to ship any replacement damaged items upon receipt of these photos! We will gladly provide you with a shipping label for the return.
